Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we plan a Christmas light trail?
We recommend starting at least 6–9 months ahead, especially for public spaces that need permissions and health & safety planning. Early planning gives the most creative freedom and the best pricing.
Do you design the whole trail or just supply the lights?
We can do both. Most clients want a full design-and-install service. We plan the visitor route, create the installations, manage power and safety, and run the switch-on. We can also support an existing design.
Are your light trails eco-friendly?
Yes. We use low-power LED systems and reusable materials wherever possible to keep running costs and energy use down.
